You can dismiss it like Find Familiar but unlike FF, recalling the steed requires another casting of the spell. The difference is that if you release it, you can summon a different steed the next time you cast it.

Can a horse carry two riders 5E?
There are no rules specifying what happens with multiple riders. If a rider chooses to control the mount, the initiative changes but the action and movement may have already been expended for its turn.

Harder to say. Sneak attack doesn’t trigger off having one of your allies adjacent to the target. It triggers off having an enemy of the target adjacent to the target. If the mount is visibly aggressive towards the target, it should count as an enemy.

3 Answers. Yes, the familiar can grant advantage with the Help action, and its presence adjacent to an enemy can allow sneak attacks. Bear in mind, though, that most familiars have extremely low health and AC, and will likely die in a single hit, requiring 10g and at least 1 hour to resummon.
