Once you’ve already become permanently hostile to the Legion (failed the quest Beware the Wrath of Caesar!), you will have the option to free the slaves at the Fort. Freed slaves are sent to the appropriate location immediately after exiting the Fort, so you can fast-travel there and find out how they’re doing.

There is no real benefit in destroying the securitron army. Doing so will permanently lock the Courier out of siding with Mr. Destroying the securitrons and then siding with Yes Man effectively deprives the Courier of their own army, and siding with either the NCR or Caesar requires Mr.

Benny can also be untied by the Courier, at which point he will flee Caesar’s tent and disappear from the game. Sparing Benny will cause Caesar and his praetorian guard to become hostile, leading to a very difficult fight.
