What happens to your seasonal stash?
At the end of each Season, all Seasonal Heroes will be moved over to the existing non-Seasonal Hero pool. All items, currency, and materials obtained by your Seasonal Heroes will be made available to your regular Heroes. Items that were in your Seasonal stash will be sent to you through the in-game Messages system.
How can I change my status in BDO?
Login to BDO Online Banking (please create link to https://online.bdo.com.ph), go to “Profile Maintenance” > “Customer Information” > “Update Customer Information”. Delete your old mobile number and enter your new one in the “Mobile Number” field. Click “Update” then “OK”.
How can I reset my BDO online banking without OTP?
To reset your Online Banking account, go to www.bdo.com.ph and click on: Online Banking Login > BDO Online Banking > Forgot Your Password? You will be asked to input your user ID.
How can I unlock my BDO account online?
BDO login page has “Account is Locked” option to assist clients to unlock their account on their own or if the account is already locked, the client may call BDO Customer Contact Center to request for a password reset. The client will have to undergo a positive identification process.

To get a new OTP, exit from your current session, enter your user ID and password again, then click on the “Regenerate OTP” button within the message window that automatically appears if your OTP has expired. Do I need to enter OTP for every online transaction? You will only receive your OTP upon login.
Why I can’t get OTP on my phone?
Restriction (DND – Do Not Disturb) Applied on your Mobile – in some instances your mobile company or network provider may have applied a restriction for receiving OTPs. If the case, you can provide us with a different mobile phone number to receive the OTP.
Can I receive OTP overseas?
Yes. One-Time Pin (OTP) is supported in a number of international countries.
