Is Quinn top still good?
Against someone squishier, or a bruiser rather than straight tank, she’s still pretty good but with demolish your lane phase ends and she has a pretty weak teamfight. It also helps to roam and be able to kill the enemy jg or midlane post-6, so if the midlane is melee it’s a bonus.

She is a champ who can CARRY games. Quinn has a strong Early Game, Mid Game, and Late Game. Quinn can also run ignite every game to win lane easier, which gives you an edge since most enemies need to run Teleport. Quinn is pretty easy. A lot of her mastery is in learning different matchups because how you build and play is dependent on who you’re against. Jungle is ez mode. I’d say she’s mid tier, her kit has a lot of tricks to it and a few intricacies.
Is Quinn better ADC or top?
ADC is probably Quinn’s worst lane. I would say Top>Mid=Jungle>ADC. She has a hard time in 2v2 lanes, because she has low range and using E is suicide most of the time. But if you need an adc that is able to defend yourself solo against Rengar and the likes, she is a pretty good pick up.

Is Quinn a good ADC?
I play quinn a lot and she can be a good adc in certain situations. IMO her biggest strength is that she can be useful much earlier than most other ADCs. Once you hit lvl 6/bf sword you can roam mid and help with a gank/kill and be back to farm before bot pushes to tower.
Why is Quinn ADC bad?
It’s largely because her steroid is not good for an adc, and late game you will simply take longer to shred tanks than the enemy adc will. Her passive is only proccable every few seconds. That becomes glaringly insignificant late game against tanks.

Does Quinn scale?
Quinn is all about the scale, after getting her ult she becomes a mobile gank machine. Crazy mobility, Vault bringing her to a safer distance, and stupid high DPM make her a force to be reckoned with once she starts to get items. With crit build she scales slightly worse than a late game AD carry.
