Arrows, unlike D&D javelins, are not designed to stab people; they’re designed to be exclusively shot out of a bow, so they are bad melee weapons. They do the same damage as a spear with the caveat that they can be thrown but aren’t versatile.

Since spiritual weapon requires no concentration it makes it a very good spelll. So you could keep concentration on Bless to buff up you and two friends, attack with spiritual weapon and cast a cantrip.

Yes, it can move 20 feet a round. It doesn’t state that this movement is restricted to along the ground, so it isn’t. They levitate not fly.
