Skoldus Halls is one of the Cell Blocks of Torghast. While most enemies are easy to deal with on their own, when you are pulling several different types of enemies at once, it is easy to get killed by the combination of rooting and slowing abilities of some enemies and the massive ground swirly damage of others.

Class and spec are not nearly as important as you think, powers and layer buffs are.
Never start a run with Mort’Regar, EVER.
If run starts with the HP buff for the enemies consider restarting it.
You powers matter.
Take boss killing related buffs over trash speed ones.

Is twisting corridors worth?

I’d personally advise to just not bother with Twisting Corridors. The amount of work is too much, compared to everything else, and the rewards are negligible. There’s no reason to do it, at all. And the quest can be completed by doing the first six floors three times.

Can you get Legendaries from twisting corridors?

As long as it’s Layer 3 or above of the Twisting Corridors, the boss on Floor 6, 12, or 18 will drop the Legendary Memory Pattern if that character does not already have it.
