Trial of valor mogs come from The chosen dead quest, you get it by talking to odyn, iirc inside the raid. It will have you collect like 1k essences or something, they drop from the raid itself, and I think from some Helerjar world quests, when you have enough you turn it in to odyn for the entire transmog set.

The lfr set can drop on any difficulty. The normal set is obviously from the quests. the heroic set can only drop from heroic and mythic difficulties. But it’s all about rng really, you just gotta pray you’re lucky with your loot.
