Does cloak affect Nzoth fight?

It did on the PTR for most of the time, it was removed late on PTR and didn’t make it to live, you need to have the cloak equipped but it does NOT affect the sanity drain on the 2 fights in any way, you coud leave it at rank 1 and be fine (from a sanity aspect only ofc) – but don’t do that it’s stupid :D.
