Rosaria’s Fingers members invade other worlds as hostile red phantoms, and receive Pale Tongues upon defeating the host of embers. When a Rosaria’s Finger covenant member defeats a defensive blue spirit, they will instead earn a Forked Pale Tongue for double the reward.
Can I join Rosaria’s covenant sirris?
You can always join Rosaria’s covenant. Even give her Pale Tongues to change your stats around or alter your appearance.

You can join safely as long as you don’t odder any pale tongues or equip the coveenant item. But then you can’t get covenant rewards. It seems you have to choose a side for each game cycle. If you finish Sirris’ questline before turning in the tongues for rewards, you can do both.
