How do I talk to Chromie Shadowlands?

In order to activate Chromie Time players must speak with Chromie in Stormwind or Orgrimmar. There you’ll be able to enable it by selecting one of the available expansions. This effect is character-based, not account-wide. Chromie is located both in Stormwind and Orgrimmar, near each city’s Embassy.

What does Chromie time actually do?

Chromie time does two things: It gives you the lead-in quest to go to an expansion when you select it, and it sets the pool of dungeons available to you in the dungeon finder to just the dungeons from that expansion. You don’t have to go to the expansion you selected, the others are still available.
