Head back to the desert and it’ll be here. Be Warned though, you need the Mach Bike here as, like the Sky Pillar, it has Cracking Floor Puzzles

It is on Route 111 and disappears and reappears at random times. The tower has four floors and the last one has fossils in it. A Mach Bike and HM06 (Rock Smash) are required to get to the final floor of the tower. You can only pick one fossil out of the two at the top of the tower.

There are a few places to land the AIRSHIP in the vicinity of the vast Yahnikurm Desert that contains the Mirage Tower. The most obvious is a grassy area at the southeast edge of the desert, but there are several small landing zones along the eastern mountains much closer to your destination.
Where are the chests in the Mirage Tower?
If you run into a rare Blue D, use the same strategy as you would against the area boss on 3F. The stairs to 3F are found at the north end of the inner path, while the entrance to the central room is to the south. The chests are arranged in a nice pattern with no guardians.
