There is no way to consistently traverse the cave as rooms are always randomized upon entry, but the best hint to navigate the puzzle is to look at the pattern of rocks on the floor of each room, and enter the door out of the three which has the odd pattern.

From there you’ll see a cave, which you can reach by using rock climb and getting down. This cave is Turnback Cave. There is an easy way out of Turnback cave if you want to get out. If you are in a room in the Turnback cave, just walk through the door you came through and you will appear at the main room. From the main room you can exit the cave.
