Do I have to watch 358/2 days?
Most would recommend 2 before days, since that is the release order. On the other hand, Days happens before 2 chronologically. If you don’t remember the plot of KH 2 and want to get invested into the story, I would probably recommend 2 before Days as well.
Should I watch days before KH2?
For a first time player, it should be KH2 then Days, but afterwards the two can be played in either order; both end up spoiling some events about the other, and playing Days before 2 on a replay of the series will make a few characters significantly more fleshed out in comparison.
