Nope, nothing carry over except your guns, clothes, and horse equipment, plus some of your stranger mission progress. You can’t buy horses and keep it for the epilogue. Yes, this includes 4 horses. My solution, keep the treasure gold bar from arthur, let John grab the collectibles gold bar instead.
