Covenant ranks carry over. Should carry over as far as I have experienced, if it didn’t a lot of people wouldn’t go into NG+ for a while, and I think it would be a part of the warning of going into NG+ like the online thing with only being matched with NG+ or higher. Thanks for the responses.
