How do I turn off cooldown text in ElvUI?

I’ve tried disabling the ElvUI Cooldown text by going to /ec -> general -> Cooldown Text -> Disable, but this changes nothing. I’ve cleared all my other CC (disabled) addons in case but the issue is still prevalent.
